My name is Kelly Stevens. I credit Omnitrition Products with helping me achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

As a first time grandma, mother of six children, ages 4 through 26, and a former Olympic Athlete, staying fit and sustaining a high energy level is a necessity of my life. Having proper nutrition has given me the balance I need to not only take care of my family, but also allows me to continue to compete, as a top level athlete.

After the birth of my last child, Amber, I had a substantial amount of weight to lose. I was both physically and emotionally drained and seriously way out of shape.

I searched for something that would keep me going and would also help me reach my goals of physical fitness and better self esteem.

Omnitrition Products helped me satisfy my hunger, while allowing me to shed those unwanted pounds.  Omnitrition’s nutritious drinks and snacks gave me the consistent energy I needed to train and compete.

Today, at age 46, I paddle outrigger canoes in International Competition, on a winning team; I run 9 to 12 miles a day, swim and work as a Personal Fitness Trainer, training clients all day.

Women constantly approach me, inquiring, “How do you balance your large family with such an active life style and still stay so fit”?  I find it motivating to explain how my dedication to nutrition, exercise and good plain healthy living allows me to accomplish so much.

Mornings at our house start with Omnitrition Protein drinks with a banana, which my children love; it starts their day off right. I also keep replacement meal snacks handy, because they are very satisfying and provide the nutrition necessary to keep me going, if the day becomes too hectic for a regular meal.

I take Omnitrition Millennium Bars and the Tasty Protein Drinks to my outrigger canoe races. Twenty minutes before a 12 mile outrigger race, I drink Charge, energy drink. So far this season, my crew has medaled in every race, including first place in the Ironman Championship, (Senior Masters Women’s Division”).

Beside feeling and looking better, my ultimate motivation for leading a healthy active life style is to set a positive example to my children. As a result, they are all very active and believe in taking care of themselves. I know that my example has shown them that they too, can accomplish anything they set their hearts and minds to.
